Kimberly Rodriguez is the founder of Action Over Words (AOW), a consulting firm specializing in assisted living and adult care programs. With decades of experience in senior care and a family background in senior living facilities and real estate investment, she understands the operational and regulatory challenges of care facilities.

Before launching AOW, Kimberly served as Resident Relations Director at Atria Senior Living, led United Way's Community Resource Center, and spent nearly a decade as a Licensing Inspector for assisted living and adult care. She holds a Psychology degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and over 40 gerontology certifications, covering Alzheimer’s, dementia, behavioral health, and aging-related diagnoses.
